Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.
• You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) them is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Register your return via info@versanvancouver.ca within 30 days of receiving the item.
   
2. You will receive the return address of our warehouse.
3. You send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.
4. We always advise using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
